摘要
从天津蓟县山区的土壤中分离得到1株具有广谱抗真菌活性的放线菌TJ93,该菌发酵液对番茄灰霉病菌、芦笋茎枯病菌、棉花枯萎病菌、油菜菌核病菌、苹果腐烂病菌、苹果炭疽病菌的EC50分别为27.8、13.4、14.1、21.0、14.5和30.8μL/mL;其发酵原液对小麦白粉病的保护和治疗作用分别为77.3%和74.7%,对黄瓜霜霉病的保护和治疗作用分别为65.4%和58.7%。根据形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征及细胞壁类型等特征,认为该菌为白色链霉菌。
One strain actinomycete TJ93 isolated from soils of Jixian mountain areas in Tianjin had broad-spectrum antifungal activities. Which ferments showed strong inhibition activity against Botrytis cinerea, Phompisis asparagi, Fusarium oxysporum, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Glomerella cingulata, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, the value of EC50 were 27.8,13.4,14.1,21.0, 14.5,30.8μL/mL. The results of pot test indicated that fermention products of TJ93 exhibited 77.3% of protected efficacy and 74.7% of therapeutic efficacy against Blumeria guaminis, exhibited 65.4% of protected efficacy and 58.7% of therapeutic efficacy against Pseudoperonospora cubensis. According to its morphological, cultural, physio-biochemical characteristics and the analysis of the chemical components of its cell wall, it was designated as Streptomyces albus.
