摘要
目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸辅助治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对激素水平和血液流变学的影响。方法将2015年5月~2017年2月期间在潮安区人民医院就诊的200例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为单独用药组和联合用药组各100例。单独用药组给予米非司酮治疗,联合用药组予以米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓丸进行治疗,对两组患者用药3个月后的治疗效果、激素水平(雌激素、孕酮、黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素)、血液流变学情况(血小板聚集率、血浆黏度、全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切)和不良反应发生情况进行统计分析。结果联合用药组临床总有效率(95.00%)高于单独用药组(81.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者各项激素水平和血液流变学等指标较治疗前均有所降低,且联合用药组各指标均低于单独用药组(P<0.05);两组异常反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸对子宫肌瘤的治疗有很好的辅助作用,联合米非司酮能够提高子宫肌瘤临床疗效,具有临床使用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of Guizhi Fuling pills on the treatment of uterine leiomyoma and its effect on hormone level and hemorheology. Methods From May 2015 to February 2017,200 patients with uterine leiomyoma who were treated in Chaoan District peopleundefineds Hospital were divided into two groups according to the systematic randomization method：100 cases in single group and 100 cases in combination group.Mifepristone was given to the drug group alone,and mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling pill was given to the combined medication group.After 3 months of medication,the treatment effect of two groups of patients,hormone level（estrogen,progesterone,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone）,blood rheology（platelet aggregation rate,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity high cut,whole blood viscosity low cut） and adverse reaction were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of combination therapy group was higher than that of separate treatment group,the data were 95.00% and 81.00% respectively,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the levels of various hormones and hemorheology in the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the indexes in the combination therapy group were lower than those in the separate treatment group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in abnormal reaction between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Pill has a good auxiliary effect on the treatment of uterine leiomyoma,and mifepristone can improve the clinical effect of uterine leiomyoma.
