热塑性塑料件毛刺去除工艺方法的有效性研究

摘要 在热塑性塑料件生产过程中,会出现大量毛刺,传统毛刺去除方式很难对工件毛刺做到彻底清除,从而影响产品使用效果。对此提出了一种新型的研磨机光饰热塑性塑料件毛刺去除工艺,在热塑性塑料件生产完毕后,通过掺入棱形磨料和水,利用研磨机进行毛刺去除。在对其毛刺去除原理和特点进行研究后,设置对比实验进行工艺有效性检测。 In the production of thermoplastic plastic parts, there will be a large number of burrs. The traditional burr removal method is difficult to completely remove the burr, thus affecting the effect of the product. In this regard, a new burr removal process was put forward in this paper. After the production, the prismatic abrasive and water were mixed with the thermoplastic plastic parts, and the burr was removed by the grinding machine. After studying the principles and characteristics of burr removal, a comparative experiment was conducted to test the effectiveness of the technology.
