摘要
通过正交实验研究了用废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(PS)、硫酸、氢氧化钠、硫酸铁和硅酸钠制备有机无机复合絮凝剂的工艺条件。合成条件为:磺化温度为45℃,磺化时间为3h,n(Fe)/n(Si)为1.5,聚硅酸铁(PSF)/聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(NaPSS)的质量比为9。与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和聚合氯化铝(PAC)比较了处理印染废水的效果,表明该复合絮凝剂具有良好的絮凝性能,化学耗氧量CODCr和浊度的去除率分别可达80.5%和95.3%。
The processing conditions for the preparation of organo-inorganic compound floeculant with waste PS foam, sulphurie acid, sodium hydroxide, ferric sulfate and sodium silicate as raw materials were studied by means of orthogonal experiment. The synthesis conditions of the compound floeeulant were as follows: sulphonation temperature 45 ℃, sulphonation time 3 h, Fe/Si tool ratio 1.5, PSF/NaPSS mass ratio 9. Compared with the treatment of dyeing waste water by polymeric ferric sulfate (PFS) and polyaluminium chloride (PAC), compound floeeulant had fine flocculating power, with removal rate of CODcr and turbidity up to 80.5% and 95.3% respectively.
