摘要
以废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫板为成球材料,采用微封装法制备了具有高附加值的聚苯乙烯空心微球。考察了水油相质量比、第1次和第2次乳化搅拌速度、第一水相中乳化剂浓度和油相中聚苯乙烯浓度对聚苯乙烯空心微球振实密度及平均直径的影响。在此基础上,制备出最低振实密度为0.11g/cm3、粒径为75~646μm的不同平均直径的聚苯乙烯空心微球。最后简要介绍了放大试验,并探讨了放大工艺中所用试剂的回收利用工艺,试验结果为该方法的工业化提供了数据支持。
Waste foamed polystyrene plastic is used as the main raw material tor the preparation ot polystyrene hollow mierospheres with high additional value By microeneapsulation method. The factors such as the mass ratio of water/oil phases, the first and second emulsifying rotating speed, the concentration of emulsifier in W1-phase and the concentration of polystyrene in O-phase on the tap density and average diameter of polystyrene hollow microspheres are studied. On this basis, polystyrene hollow microspheres with the lowest tap density of 0. llg/cm^3 and average diameter between 75~646μm are successfully produced. Finally this paper gives brief introduction to scale-up experiment and discussion to the recycling technology of reagents used in experiment of scale-up technology. The results indicate that the technology is feasible and provide a strong basis for the equipment design of industrial unit or the exploration of process technology.
