The Preparation of Oil through Catalytic Splitting of Waste Polystyrene Using Nanosized Eu-MCM as Catalyzer

摘要 用Eu-MCM介孔分子筛作催化剂对废聚苯乙烯塑料进行催化裂解制油,利用GC-MS和红外光谱对冷凝产物进行了分析,表明样品油主要由苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、乙苯和甲苯组成.催化裂解实验证明分子筛Eu-MCM催化剂可降低裂解的温度,烯烃的回收率可达77.7%,催化剂与物料的最佳质量比为1∶500. With Eu-MCM mesoporous molecular sieve as catalyzer, the oil was prepared through catalytic splitting of waste polystyrene. The GC-MAS and IR analysis of the samples prove that the oil samples are mainly composed of styrene, α-methylstyrene, ethylbenzene, and toluene using. The experiment of splitting of waste polystyrene shows that the temperature of the reaction has been reduced, the yield of the alkene is 77.7%, and the optimum ratio of Eu-MCM to PS is 1 : 500.
