β-TCP增强PHA复合材料的结晶性能和力学性能研究 被引量:1

Study on Crystallization and Mechanical Properties of PHA Composites Reinforced with β-TCP

摘要 采用β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)对聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)进行增强改性,并利用双螺杆挤出机进行共混,研究了不同β-TCP用量对PHA/β-TCP复合材料的力学性能、表面强度和结晶性能的影响。结果表明,添加适量β-TCP能够显著提高PHA/β-TCP复合材料的拉伸强度、熔融温度和相对结晶度。当β-TCP用量为20%时,PHA/β-TCP复合材料的断裂强度和屈服强度分别提高了38.35%和20.18%,熔融温度提高了3.23℃,相对结晶度提高了2.88%。但是添加β-TCP之后,PHA/β-TCP复合材料的断裂伸长率和冲击强度均有所下降,复合材料的韧性降低。 PHA reinforced by β-TCP was researched, and then the PHA β-TCP composites were blended by double screw extruder. Effect of different content of β-TCP on properties of PHA β-TCP composites was studied, including mechanical properties, surface strength and crystallization properties. The results show that the addition of proper amount of β-TCP can improve the tensile strength, melting temperature and relative crystallinity of PHA β-TCP composites. With adding 20% β-TCP, the fracture strength and yield strength of PHA β-TCP composites increase by 38.35% and 20.18%, respectively; and the melting temperature increases by 3.23℃, and the relative crystallinity increases by 2.88%. However, after adding β-TCP, the elongation at break and impact strength of PHA β-TCP composites decreases gradually, and the toughness of the composites decreases.
