摘要 在环己酮工业化生产过程中,环己酮装置工艺的选择,对于企业降低成本,提高经济效益有着重要意义。介绍了环己酮主要的工艺技术,即苯酚法、苯法和环己烯法,并对工艺技术进行了对比,提出以苯为原料,加氢制环己烷,再用无催化氧化工艺制备环己醇,经环己醇低温脱氢制备环己酮生产工艺技术路线最为经济实用,技术先进,原料充足,国内已有多套成熟生产装置,适合新上项目选择。 In the process of industrial production of cyclohexanone,the selection of cyclohexanone technology is of great significance for enterprises to reduce costs and improve economic benefits. The main technologies of cyclohexanone which include phenol method,benzene method and cyclohexene method were introduced and compared. The optimal technical route for preparing cyclohexanone is,cyclohexane is prepared by hydrogenation using benzene as raw material,then cyclohexanol is prepared by no catalytic oxidation process,finally cyclohexanone is prepared by dehydrogenation under low temperature. The technology is most economical and practical and advanced with sufficient raw materials and many sets of mature production equipment in China,is suitable for the selection of new projects.
