摘要 在甲醇溶剂中对氯丙烯与双氧水直接环氧化反应的TS-1分子筛的失活原因进行了研究。重点考察了原料中杂质、反应体系酸性、反应温度对该分子筛活性稳定性的影响以及失活后的醇洗再生效果。结果表明,原料中杂质对分子筛的活性稳定性没有明显影响;反应体系在pH=3时分子筛的催化稳定性最好;升高反应温度可以提高分子筛的活性稳定性;TS-1分子筛的失活是环氧氯丙烷开环副产物在分子筛孔道内滞留逐渐堵塞孔道造成的,通过醇洗再生可以基本恢复失去的活性。 The deactivation of TS-1 molecular sieve during catalyzing the epoxidation reaction of ally chloride with hydrogen peroxide using methanol as solvent was studied. The discussions were focused on the effect of impurities in raw materials, acidity of the reaction system and the reaction temperature on the activity and stability of TS-1 molecular sieve catalyst,as well as the regeneration of the deactivated catalyst by washing with methanol. The results indicated that the impurities in raw materials had no significant effect on the activity of TS-1. The optimal stabilized activity of TS-1 was observed at a reaction system having pH value of 3, and the stability could be improved by raising reaction temperature. The deactivation of TS-1 could be attributed to some by-products formed in side reactions having poor diffusion property, which blocked the channels of the molecular sieve. Thus, washing the deactivated catalyst with methanol could remove the blockages and the activity of the catalyst was recovered.
