环己烷氧化制备环己酮和环己醇工艺研究进展 被引量:40

摘要 环己酮和环己醇是重要的有机化工原料 ,应用十分广泛 ,其合成新工艺、新技术的研究和开发一直受到人们的关注。对环己烷氧化制备环己酮和环己醇的制备方法及环己烷氧化中不同催化剂的使用进行了研究 ,结果表明 :目前工业上环己烷氧化制环己酮和环己醇的工艺普遍存在环己烷转化率低 ,醇酮选择性不高 ,能耗高 ,三废问题严重等。因此提高环己烷转化率及环己酮和环己醇选择性 ,降低原料成本 ,降低能耗 ,减少环境污染是环己烷氧化技术发展的方向。 As important organic chemical materials, Cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone are widely used in many fields. Therefore the development of their new synthesis process has always been the focus of academies enterprises. In this paper, a preparation method for cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone by oxidizing cyclohexane is introduced, and the use of different catalysts in oxidation of cyclohexane is studied. The results show that currently there are many problems in this process, such as low conversion, low selectivity, high energy consumption and the problem of three wastes. Therefore, the developing trend of oxidation of cyclohexane is to improve conversion and selectivity, reduce cost and energy consumption, and decrease environmental pollution.
