摘要
目的了解狂犬病暴露人群预防狂犬病知识知晓率,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用自制问卷对342名狂犬病暴露者进行狂犬病相关知识的调查问卷。结果狂犬病暴露者男女性别比为1.24∶1;年龄最小10岁、最大58岁,平均(35.32±5.84)岁;居住地在城镇与农村的比例为1.25∶1(190/152);暴露动物主要为狗,占78.07%(267/342);暴露者对狂犬病相关知识的知晓率为34.21%,知识点"狂犬病是传染病"知晓率最高,为97.95%(335/342);不同年龄、文化程度、职业、家庭月收入、居住地、就诊时间暴露者的狂犬病相关知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.686,9.063,51.176,20.626,18.994,13.694,P>0.05);多因素统计结果得出,文化程度(OR=4.33,95%CI=2.15~18.78)、居住地(OR=3.39,95%CI=2.45~12.48)、就诊时间(OR=0.67,95%CI=0.34~0.93)是影响狂犬病暴露者相关知识知晓率的重要因素。结论狂犬病暴露人群对狂犬病相关知识的知晓程度水平不一,多数只掌握其中一点,针对不同人群应分别开展形式多样的健康教育。
Objective To understand the awareness rate of rabies exposure in rabies and to explore its influencing factors. Methods Self-made questionnaires on rabies-related knowledge were carried for 342 rabies exposed people. Results The sex ratio of rabies exposed population was 1. 24∶ 1. The average age was( 35. 32 ± 5. 84) years old,the youngest being 10,the oldest being 58. The ratio of residence to urban and rural areas is 1. 25∶ 1( 190/152). The exposed animals are mainly dogs,accounting for 78. 07%( 267/342); the awareness rate of rabies-related knowledge was 34. 21%,the awareness rate of "rabies is infectious disease" being the highest 97. 95%( 335/342). There was statistical difference between rabbits with different age,educational level,occupation,family income,residence and time of treatment( χ^2= 20. 686,9. 063,51. 176,20. 626,18. 994,13. 694,P〈0. 05),multivariate statistical results show that the level of education( OR = 4. 33,95% CI = 2. 15 -18. 78),place of residence( OR = 3. 39,95% CI = 2. 45 - 12. 48),treatment time( OR = 0. 67,95% CI = 0. 34 - 0. 93) are important factors affecting the knowledge of rabies exposed people. Conclusion The level of rabies-related knowledge mastered by rabies exposed people are different,and most people only master one of them. Various forms of health education should be carried out for diffenert groups of people.
