摘要
以教师领导模型标准(TLMS)为理论基础,采用归纳法和演绎法,从价值取向和管理参与两个方面编制高校教师领导力效能量表(TLES)。探索性和验证性因子分析结果表明,高校教师领导力效能由主导规范建立、承担领导职责、生成领导文化和共享组织发展等四个维度构成。该量表具有较高的信效度,可作为高校教师领导力效能评估的可靠工具。
Based on the Teacher Leader Model Standards(TLMS),the Teacher Leadership Effectiveness Scale(TLES) for higher education is drawn up by the means of induction and deduction in the dimensions of value orientation and management involvement.The results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis show that the leadership effectiveness of higher education teachers is composed of four dimensions: establishing leading norms,assuming leadership responsibilities,generating leadership culture and sharing organizational development. The study shows that the scale has high reliability and validity,and it can be used as a reliable tool for evaluation of higher education teachers' leadership effectiveness.
