摘要
本研究通过对216名幼儿园教师和49名园领导的问卷调查发现,幼儿园的领导与教师普遍缺乏专业自主权意识。虽然教师期望能够在课程与教学、教师评价等方面有更多的自主权,但在实践中,教师仅仅在课程制定上具有一定自主权。教师的学历和年龄与教师的自主权意识和期望之间没有显著相关,但领导管理模式与教师群体文化都对教师自主权现状产生一定的影响。
The authors questionnaired 216 kindergarten teachers and 49 principles, and found that both principles and teachers themselves lack awareness of professional autonomy. Though teachers expect to exert more autonomy on curriculum and teaching and teacher evaluation, but in practice only have some autonomy in the field of curriculum and teaching. Teachers' educational level and age have no significant correlation with their awareness and expectations of professional autonomy. Management model and teachers culture do have some influence on the situation of professional autonomy.
