摘要
在教育改革和重构的背景下,学校领导力的秩序开始转型,出现了一种新的审视领导力的概念——教师领导力。教师领导力是教师参与决策和对同伴的影响力,所有的教师都有能力、权力和责任成为领导者。教师领导力的行使受专业角色、组织环境和个人能力等因素的影响。
Under the background of educational reform and reconstruction,the order of school leadership is transformed,and a new concept of leadership-teacher leadership is emerging. Teacher leadership is expressed by way of teachers" participation in the decision-making process and the influence for companions. All the teachers have the ability, power and responsibility to be leaders. The exercise of teacher leadership is influenced by many factors, such as teachers" professional roles, organization environment and personal capacity.
