一种苯并吲哚类荧光探针的合成及其对CN^-的裸眼识别 被引量:2

摘要 合成了一种新型基于苯并吲哚结构的,双反应位点识别氰根离子的荧光探针(缩写为TBI-CN)。在纯水体系中,利用紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱探究了荧光探针TBI-CN对CN^-的响应,发现斯托克斯位移值达到235 nm。当体系中加入CN^-后,TBI-CN溶液显示出明显的颜色变化,裸眼观察到溶液的颜色由黄色变为无色,在紫外灯下(365 nm)观察由红色变为蓝色,而加入其它离子并没有明显的颜色变化。这表明,TBI-CN不仅是对CN^-识别具有高度的选择性和荧光猝灭的特点,而且能够作为比色型荧光探针裸眼识别纯水体系中的CN^-。另外,低检测限探针TBI-CN表明其在检测环境中的氰根离子的含量具有潜在的应用价值。 A novel fluorescence probe TBI-CN for CN-detection was designed and synthesized. In pure water solution,the UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectra were used to investigate the response of the fluorescent probe TBI-CN toward CN-. The Stokes shift was measured to be up to235 nm. In addition,only in presence of CN-,the significant color change from yellow to colorless in sunlight appeared along with transfomation from red to blue under UV light( 365 nm). This indicates that TBI-CN not only has the characteristics of high selectivity and fluorescence quenching for CNrecognition,but also can be used as a colorimetric fluorescent probe to identify CN-by the naked eye.Furthermore,the low detection limit of probe TBI-CN indicates that the probe TBI-CN has potential application value in the detection of environmental cyanide ion.
