精氨酸-罗丹明类Pb^(2+)荧光探针合成及识别性能 被引量:1

Synthesis and discrimination performence of arginine-rhodamine-based fluorescent probe for Pb^(2+)

摘要 以罗丹明B、水合联氨、精氨酸为原料,合成了精氨酸-罗丹明类荧光探针化合物。利用红外光谱、核磁等技术对探针结构进行表征,利用荧光光谱研究其光谱性能及对金属离子的识别性能,同时也考查了金属离子浓度等因素的影响。结果表明,合成的荧光探针在乙腈/水溶液(1:3,V/V)中能对Pb^(2+)有较高的选择识别性能,且受常见金属离子的干扰较小,探针的荧光强度与Pb^(2+)浓度(11.50~27.56μmol/L)呈较好的线性关系,相关系数R^2=0.992,检出限为9.91μmol/L。Job’s曲线表明,荧光探针与Pb^(2+)的络合比为1:1,同时探讨了探针响应机理。 The arginine-rhodamine-based fluorescent probe(short as: RA) was synthesized from rhodamine B,hydrazine hydrate and arginine.The structure of RA was characterized with IR,and1 HNMR,and the spectral properties and selectivity to metal ions were measured.In addition,the effect of metal ion concentration on the fluorescent intensity was investigated.The results showed that the synthesized probe had remarkably high selectivity to Pb^2+ in CH3CN/H2O solution(1: 3,V/V),and existence of large amount of other metal ions showed negligible interference in the detection of Pb^2+ .When the concentration of Pb^2+ was in the range of(11.5 ~ 27.6 μmol/L),there was a good linearity between the fluorescent intensity of the probe and the concentration of Pb^2+,linear correlation coefficient R2= 0.992,the detection limit was 9.91 μmol/L.The method of Job's plot confirmed the 1: 1 complex between Pb^2+ and probe,and recognition mechanism was proposed.
