摘要
现代学徒制是一种经过西方社会实践检验的先进的人才培养模式,但是我国在相关领域尚处于初始探索阶段。文章基于航海职业教育的特点,对航海职业教育中创建现代学徒制人才培养模式的必要性和可行性进行了论证和探讨。
Modern apprenticeship is an advanced talent training mode that has been tested in Western society.However,China is still in the initial exploration stage in related fields.Based on the characteristics of maritime vocational education,this paper demonstrates and discusses the necessity and feasibility of creating a modern apprenticeship training mode in maritime vocational education.
