摘要
石油炼制过程中所需的助剂种类繁多,常减压蒸馏装置使用的缓蚀剂(常减压缓蚀剂)用量最大。该文介绍了常减压缓蚀剂的应用与采购情况,深入分析了实现公开招标采购面临的主要问题,提出物资采购管理及公开招标采购的主要对策。
There are various additives needed in the process of petroleum refining, and corrosion inhibitor used in atmosphericvacuum distillation unit is the key point studied in the research. Application and procurement of the inhibitor were presented, problems faced by the implementation of public bidding were analyzed, and countermeasures for procurement management and promotion for public bidding were put forward in the paper.
