摘要 常减压蒸馏装置低温(低于120℃)腐蚀部位主要在初馏塔、常压塔和减压塔冷凝冷却系统、部分挥发线和常压塔上层塔盘,是典型的HC1-H2S-H2O型腐蚀环境,根据腐蚀机理,采用静态挂片法进行单组分筛选,研制出新型中和缓蚀剂。该中和缓蚀剂在辽阳石化炼油厂常减压装置得到工业试应用,试用期间,监测点"三塔"塔顶回流罐内水中Fe离子含量和pH在控制范围内,能够满足装置的使用要求,可有效减缓设备、管线的腐蚀速度,延长使用周期。 Low temperature(below 120℃)corrosion occurs at the locations of the primary distillation tower,the atmospheric distillation tower,the condensation and cooling systems of vacuum distillation tower,some of overhead gas lines,and the upper trays of atmospheric distillation tower for the most part in an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,and it is a typical kind of HCl-H2S-H2O corrosion.Single component screening was carried out with static weight loss method and a new neutralization inhibitor was developed based on the corrosion mechanism.This neutralization inhibitor was put into industrial use in a trial run in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of the refinery of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company.During the trial run it was found that the content of Fe ions and the pH value are both within their respective control ranges as evidenced by the data gathered at the monitoring points from the water in the tower top reflux tanks of the"three towers"and therefore it was confirmed that the neutralization inhibitor can satisfy the requirement for use in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,mitigate the corrosion rate of equipment and pipelines,and extend the operation period of equipment and pipelines.
