摘要
采购作为企业生产经营中不可或缺的一环，直接影响着企业的经济效益，采购模式的选择一定要适合企业生产发展的需要，更要符合采购货物的特性。本文概括了风电行业中风机备件的采购模式，并对现有的风机备件采购情况进行分析，找出了还存在的不足并提出了相应的解决建议。
Procurement, as an integral part of the production and operation of an enterprise, has a direct impact on the economic benefits of enterprises. Procurement mode must be suitable for the production of the enterprise development needs, more in accordance with the characteristics of the goods. This paper sums up the wind power industry in the wind turbine spare parts procurement mode, and analyze the existing spare parts purchasing situation, also find out the deficiencies and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
