摘要
纸质微流控芯片价格低廉,操作简单,具有广阔的市场前景。设计了基于石蜡液滴微喷射技术的纸质微流控芯片制作系统,包括石蜡液滴喷头和基于ARM的压电作动器驱动控制系统,上位机控制系统向下位机控制系统发送波形数据和命令控制字,下位机控制系统用于波形的发生,下位机包括存储模块、基准频率模块、基准电压与D/A转换模块。实验设计了"十字"型多通道微流控芯片,以中速滤纸作为基板材料,喷射石蜡制得微流道,实验结果表明,石蜡液滴稳定喷射满足打印纸质微流控芯片需求,且制得的纸质微流控芯片满足使用要求。
The paper-based microfluidic chips has advantages of convenience,simple operation and wide application scope.The fabrication system based on micro-jetting of wax,design of paraffin droplet ejector and ARM-based piezoelectric actuator drive control system,the host computer control system to the next crew control system to send waveform data and command control word,the lower machine control system for the waveform,the lower crew includes the storage module,Reference frequency module,reference voltage and D/A converter module.Experimental design of the"shizi"type multi-channel microfluidic chip,medium-speed filter paper as the substrate material,the paraffin spray microcirculation,verification of paraffin droplets stably spray to meet the needs of the printed paper microfluidic chip and the resulting paper quality microfluidic chips to meet the requirements.
