摘要
为了提高温湿度传感器测量结果的可信度,以HMP155A型温湿度传感器为例,结合我国气象行业规程JJG(气象)002-2015、JJG(气象)003-2011制定了相关的校准方法;并根据《JJF1059.1-2012测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求,建立相应的数学模型,给出了其温度和湿度测量误差的不确定度的评定方法和步骤。评定结果显示其温度测量误差的扩展不确定度均为0.02℃,湿度测量误差的扩展不确定度最大值为1.2%RH,均小于1/3MEPV,满足JJF1094-2002《测量仪器特性评定》规定的符合性评定要求,具有一定的实际应用价值。
In order to improve the reliability of the measurement results of temperature and humidity sensor,taking HMP155 Atype of temperature and humidity sensor as an example,the relevant calibration methods have been developed combined with China′s meteorological industry regulations JJG(Meteorology)002-2015,JJG(Meteorology)003-2011;according to JJF1059.1-2012"Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation and Representation",the corresponding mathematical model is established,and the evaluation methods and steps of uncertainty of its temperature and humidity measurement error were given.Evaluation results showed that the expanded uncertainty of temperature measurement error was 0.02℃,and the maximum expanded uncertainty of humidity measurement error is 1.2% RH,and they were both less than 1/3 MEPV, meeting conformity assessment requirements stated in JJF1094-2002 "Measurment Instrument Characteristics Evaluation"and being of practical application value.
