摘要
环境艺术设计是以空间为依托的创造性知识行为,其设计以知识成果的形态表现在室内或者室外空间中,涉及建筑、科技、艺术、文化、生态等各个领域.由于环境艺术设计涵盖面广,在知识产权保护领域中存在保护意识淡薄、缺少法律依托、认定范围模糊、侵权容易取证困难、抄袭现象严重等问题.加强环境艺术设计领域的知识产权保护,增强设计者维权意识的同时,维护了创新成果、创新制度,对倡导创新文化发展,加快建设创新型国家同样起到推动作用.
Environmental art design is a creative knowledge behavior based on space. Its design is embodied in the form of knowledge achievement in indoor or outdoor space, and involves various fields, such as architecture, technology, art, culture, ecology and so on. Due to the wide coverage of environmental art and design,there are some problems in the field of intellectual property protection, such as weak awareness of protection,lack of legal support, vague identification scope, easy access to evidence, and serious plagiarism. Strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights in the field of nvironmental art design, enhancing the awareness of designers＇ rights protection, maintaining innovative achievements and innovating system, and promoting the development of innovative culture and speeding up the construction of innovative country.
