摘要
本文介绍了视听作品的涵义和外延,分析了视听作品和录像制品的关系,然后通过借鉴各国有关视听作品著作权归属的立法,平衡视听作品制片人和作者之间的利益,试图为《著作权法》的修改提出一些意见和建议。
This paper introduces the connotation and denotation of audiovisual works, analyzes the relationship between audiovisual works and videos and then by drawing on audiovisual works copyright legislations in other countries and balancing interests between producers and authors of audiovisual works, puts forward some opinions and suggestions for the “copyright law”amendment.
