摘要
对陆上风电工程前期、实施阶段及后期的项目管理进行了分析探究,解决了其重、难点问题,有效地促进了新能源的健康发展,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Thispaper analyzes and explores the early stage,the implementation stage ande the later project management of the land wind power project,and solves the heavy and difficult problems,effectively promoting the healthy devlopment of new energy,and providing reference for similar projects.
