摘要
在风电项目建设过程中,需要对项目的可行性进行分析,对项目的经济效益、项目投资、项目的环境情况、项目的社会效益等进行评估和论证。可行性研究是建设前期工作中最为关键的阶段,在工程项目建设中很多问题的出现都是由于可行性研究工作缺乏科学化的管理。文章首先对风电项目可行性内容进行了分析,然后对项目可行性研究阶段存在的问题进行分析,最后对风电项目可行性研究阶段的管理措施进行了探讨,对风电建设工作能起到一定的参考作用。
In the process of wind power project construction, it is necessary to analyze the feasibility of the project, evaluate and demonstrate the economic benefits, project investment, environmental conditions and social benefits of the project. Feasibility study is the most critical stage in the early stage of construction. Many problems in the construction of engineering projects are due to the lack of scientific management of feasibility research work. This paper first analyzes the feasibility of wind power project, then analyzes the existing problems in the feasibility study stage of the project, and finally discusses the management measures in the feasibility study stage of the wind power project. It can play a certain reference role in wind power construction.
