摘要
近年来,我国风电产业得到了较大的发展,然而,在实践过程中还存在一些建设管理方面的问题和不足,为此,应在风电工程建设中引入科学、先进的全过程项目管理理念和模式,实施全过程项目管理,以更好地实现风电工程项目的管理目标,提高风电工程的项目管理水平。论文对风电工程建设项目的特殊性进行分析,并详细论述了提高风电工程建设项目全过程项目管理的措施。
In recent years, China＇s wind power industry has made great progress, however, in the course of practice there are still some construction management problems and shortcomings, for which we should introduce scientific and advanced process management concept and model of the whole process into the wind power project construction, the implementation of the whole process of project management can better ensure the implementation of the wind power project management objectives and improve the level of wind power project management. This paper analyzes the specificity of wind power construction project, and presents the measures to improve the whole process management of wind power construction project.
