摘要
在风力发电场施工过程中,应加强主吊机械的选型,适应经常性移动和微观地形的变化;优化施工机械及工器具的配备,既提高劳动生产率又降低生产成本;优化施工程序,保证施工的连续性和机组陆续投产的需求;细化环境保护措施,确保完工后地貌、植被同期恢复等应对策略,以确保风电场施工的工期、质量,并兼顾施工的效率和成本。
During the construction of wind farms, following strategies have to be taken to guarantee the construction schedule and quality, as well as efficiency and costs： main lifting machinery selection must accommodate constant moving and terrain changes; construction machinery and tools must be optimized to improve productivity and reduce costs; construction procedures have to be optimized to insure the construction continuity and satisfy the need of units being put into production in succession; environment protection measures have to be established to insure the recovery of work site topography and vegetations.
