摘要 概述了可见光成像、近红外成像、热红外成像、高光谱成像、X射线成像、超声波成像、核磁共振成像、太赫兹成像等技术在农产品内部异物探测方面的应用情况,介绍了上述成像方法的检测原理和研究进展,并总结了各方法的优势和不足,最后对农产品内部异物检测方法的发展趋势进行了展望。 This review introduced the current situation of different techniques that be applied to detect these foreign bodies,including visible light imaging,near infrared imaging,thermal infrared imaging,hyperspectral imaging,X-ray imaging,ultrasonic imaging,nuclear magnetic resonance imaging,and terahertz imaging. Detection principle and research progress was introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of each technique were also summed up then. On the basis of these work,we present future outlook for the detection methods of foreign bodies in agricultural products.
