摘要
红外成像技术在现代农业生产中的应用已越来越成熟,为促进红外成像技术在我国相关领域的发展,分别简要介绍了近红外成像和热红外成像的原理,综述了国内外红外成像技术在农产品加工自动化过程中品质检测、异物检测、干燥质量控制等方面的应用情况,并展望了其未来发展方向。
The research in application of infrared imaging techniques in agricultural production has been developing very fast in the world.To promote the development of this technique in our country,the principle of near infrared imaging and thermal infrared imaging are introduced respectively,and then their research and application in quality identification,foreign materials detection,and quality control in automatic processing of agricultural products were reviewed.At last,the emphases of the future research works were pointed out.
