摘要
为更加精确的对水果进行分级,提升水果产品价值,本文以芒果为研究对象,采用一种基于线激光加工业面阵相机的激光三角法,同时利用计算机图像处理来实现对水果外形三维几何尺寸的精确测量。采用该方法进行体积测量误差不超过1.0%,缺陷面积测量误差不超过3.0%。试验数据表明,基于线激光的水果外形检测方法不仅提高了水果产品的分级质量,而且大幅度增加了生产效率。
In order to grading fruits more accurately and improving the value of fruit products, this paper takes mango as the research object, adopts a laser triangulation method based on line laser and industrial area array camera, and uses computer image processing to realize the accurate measurement of the three-dimensional geometry of fruit shape. With this method, the error of volume measurement is less than 1.0%, and the error of defect area measurement is less than 3.0%. The experimental data show that the fruit shape detection method based on line laser not only improves the grading quality of fruit products, but also greatly increases the production efficiency.
