摘要
目的探讨优质护理对老年慢性支气管炎患者生活质量的影响。方法 80例老年慢性支气管炎患者根据护理模式不同分为2组。研究组40例患者给予优质护理模式,对照组40例患者给予采用常规护理模式。评价2组患者生活质量和护理满意程度。结果干预后研究组健康调查简表(SF-36)各项维度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组患者护理满意度(92.50%)高于对照组(72.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式可以改善老年慢性支气管炎患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing interventions on the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods To tally 80 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were assigned to the study group（ n = 40） and the control group（ n = 40）.Patients in the study group received high-quality nursing interventions,and those in the control group were given routine care. The quality of life was evaluated by the MOS itemshort from health survey（ SF-36）,and satisfactory degree on nursing service was evaluated by self-made questionnaires. Results Patients of the study group achieved higher scores of SF-36 scale compared with those of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that of controls（92. 50% vs. 72. 50%,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The high-quality nursing is potentially effective to improve the quality of life in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.
