摘要
目的 观察在老年慢性支气管炎护理中应用优质护理的临床效果。方法 随机选取医院2021年1月至2022年1月收治的80例老年慢性支气管炎患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,分别予以常规护理和优质护理,对比两组护理后心理状况、临床症状、治疗依从性、肺功能及生活质量等指标改善情况。结果 较之对照组,观察组经护理干预后的SAS评分、SDS评分均显著较低(P <0.05)。观察组护理后肺功能指标改善情况优于对照组,咳嗽、肺部音、喘息以及咳痰等临床症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组护理后治疗依从性、总满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在老年慢性支气管炎患者护理中应用优质护理,能够有效减轻患者心理负担,增强其治疗信心及依从性,加速患者临床症状消退,促进患者肺功能恢复,而且患者满意度较高,可促进患者生活质量提升。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of high quality nursing in nursing of chronic bronchitis in the elderly. Methods All 80 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 40 cases in each group, and received routine care and high-quality care respectively. Improvement of psychological status, clinical symptoms, treatment compliance, pulmonary function and quality of life. Results Compared with the control group,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing intervention were significantly lower(P<0.05). The improvement of pulmonary function indexes in the observation group after nursing was better than that in the control group, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as cough, pulmonary rales, wheezing and expectoration was shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). The treatment compliance and total satisfaction in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis can effectively reduce the psychological burden of patients, enhance their confidence and compliance with treatment, accelerate the subsidence of clinical symptoms of patients, and promote the recovery of patients’ pulmonary function. Moreover, patients’ satisfaction is high, which can promote the life of patients.
