摘要
目的:观察托伐普坦治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的临床效果。方法:选取60例肝硬化顽固性腹水患者作为研究对象,依据数字奇偶法将其分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组行保守治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加托伐普坦治疗。比较两组治疗前后血清电解质水平、尿量、腹水深度及体重变化情况、肝功能指标水平变化情况及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组血钠水平明显高于对照组,尿量较对照组明显增加,腹水深度及体重较对照组明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在保守治疗基础上,采用托伐普坦治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的临床效果优于单纯保守治疗效果。
Objective： To observe effects of Tolvaptan in treatment of liver cirrhosis refractory ascites. Methods： Sixty patients with liver cirrhosis refractory ascites were selected as observational subjects and divided into observation group and control group by digital parity method. Each group had 30 cases. The control group was given conservative treatment,while the observation group used Tolvaptan based on that of the control group. The changes of serum electrolytes,urine volume,ascites depth and body weight,the changes of liver function indicators,and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： After the treatment,the serum sodium level of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the urine volume was significantly more than that in the control group,the ascites depth and body weight were significantly less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）; however,there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Tolvaptan based on the conservative treatment in the treatment of liver cirrhosis refractory ascites is superior to single conservative treatment.
