摘要
目的:观察腹水超滤浓缩回输联合应用心得安治疗顽固性腹水的疗效。方法:79例肝硬化合并顽固性腹水患者,分为治疗组41例,对照组38例。对照组在保肝、利尿等内科常规治疗基础上给予腹水浓缩超滤回输治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加用心得安口服。两组疗效进行对比观察。结果:临床总有效率治疗组与对照组分别为82.93%和60.53%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹水超滤浓缩回输联合应用心得安治疗顽固性腹水能够有效控制腹水生成,迅速缓解症状,可以做为治疗的主要方法之一。
Objective：Observation of ascites ultrafiltration reinfusion and propranolol in the treatment of refractory ascites.Methods：79 cases of refractory ascites due to cirrhosis were divided into 41 cases of the treatment group,control group 38 cases.Control group gave usual treatment and ascites ultrafiltration reinfusion,at the same time treatment group gave propranolol oral.Comparative on the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：Total efficiency of clinical treatment and control groups were respective 82.93% and 60.53%,the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ascites ultrafiltration reinfusion and propranolol in the treatment of refractory ascites can effectively control,relieve symptoms quickly and can be as one of the main methods of treatment.
