摘要
针对工程管理专业成为贵州省本科预警专业的问题,以贵州师范大学为例,通过分析工程管理专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出从初建、巩固和扩展三个阶段探索适应社会需求的人才培养模式的思路,建议通过提倡制度激励、严格遵循培养标准和革新成绩考核方式推动工程管理专业人才培养模式的改进,从而提高人才培养质量。
The construction management specialty has become an early warning major for undergraduate in Guizhou.Taking Guizhou normal university as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in talents training of construction management specialty,explores the talents training mode which meets social needs from three stages such as establishment,consolidation and extension,and puts forward the suggestions including advocating institutional incentives,strictly following the training standard and innovating the way of performance assessment to improve the talents training mode of construction management specialty,in order to improve the quality of talents trainning.
