摘要
博士生科研绩效是博士生培养质量的折射。本文选取1107名毕业5年内博士生作为研究样本,通过回归分析得到:生源教育背景对博士生科研绩效产出没有显著影响;博士生培养过程中学习投入时间、科研参与、导师科研指导、课程因素与博士生科研绩效显著相关。在此基础上文章提出相关策略,以期为博士生科研绩效水平提升提供借鉴与参考。
doctoral students' scientific research performance is the reflection of their cultivation quality. In this study, 1107 Ph Ds within 5 years of were selected as the research samples. By regression analysis we can find that, the educational background of the students has no significant influence on the scientific research performance and output; different factors influencing doctoral students' scientific research performance under different discipline categories; in the process of Ph Ds' cultivation, research duration, scientific research participation, tutor scientific research guidance and curriculum factors have significantly related to the research performance of doctoral students. On this basis, this paper puts forward related strategies, in order to provide reference for doctoral students to improve their scientific research performance.
