摘要
随着国家大力推广装配式建筑,钢结构行业的人才数量远远不能满足行业发展的需要,同时随着建筑产业化的发展对人才质量的要求也越来越高。虽然应用技术型本科院校开设了钢结构系列相关课程,但是学生在毕业后面对实际的钢结构工程常常感到束手无策、无从下手,课堂教学质量和效果难以保证是造成这种情况的原因之一。以钢结构课程为例,探讨如何从课堂目标导向、教学内容、教学方法和延伸课堂四个方面对课堂教学进行设计,从而提高教学质量和人才培养质量。
As the country vigorously popularized the assembly building, the number of talents in the steel structure industry cannot meet the needs of the industry development. At the same time, with the development of the construction industrialization, the demand for the quality of talents is becoming higher and higher. Although a series of related courses have been set up for the steel structure in the Applied Technology University, the students often feel helpless and helpless to the actual steel structure engineering after graduation, and the quality and effect of the classroom teaching are difficult to ensure that one of the reasons for this situation is caused. Taking the course of steel structure as an example, this paper discusses how to design the classroom teaching from four aspects of class goal orientation, teaching content, teaching method and extension class, so as to improve the quality of teaching and talent training.
