摘要
厘清工匠精神的当代价值,赋予工匠精神时代内涵,从而阐述什么是技能技术型人才,什么是工匠精神,总结工匠精神对技能技术型人才的重要意义,进而提出技能技术型人才培养工匠精神的建议措施。
This paper clarifies the modern value of craftsman spirit, discusses the connotation of craftsman spirit endowed by the era, elaborates what the talents with skills and technology are and what craftsman spirit exactly means, summarizes the significance of the craftsman spirit to talents with skills and technology, and then puts forward suggested measures on cultivating the craftsman spirit for talents with skills and technology.
