摘要
为了解决滑撑组件连接杆采用连续模冲锻成形时,小凸模磨损严重、易折断或啃刃的问题,采用有限元方法分析了连接杆的冲锻连续成形工艺,发现成形锥形孔和台阶孔时多余的材料沿杆件长度方向流动使得杆件伸长,这种伸长变形使前序冲孔和后序修孔的小凸模承受较大的侧向力,导致小凸模寿命低、制件尺寸精度超差。提出了一种基于疏导法和隔离法的连接杆连续冲锻工艺,降低了压锥形孔和台阶孔工序的工序件伸长对成形的影响,使得新的连续模近似变成单工序模。实践结果表明,使用该方法可获得尺寸合格的零件,小凸模未再发生折断或啃刃现象,寿命大幅提升。
In order to solve the problem of severe wear,easy break or broken edges of punch in the stamping-forging forming of connecting rod with progressive die,the forming process was analyzed by the finite element method,and it was found that the redundant metal flowed along the longitudinal direction to elongate the connecting rod when taper hole and stepped hole were forged,which gave a lateral force to the punch of piercing and shaving hole,and resulted in lower life of punch and oversized dimension of the part. Furthermore,a stampingforging progressive forming process of connecting rod was put forward based on grooming and isolation method,and the influences of the elongation of working part during forging taper hole and step hole were reduced,which made the new progressive die be similar to the single die. The experiment result shows that the qualified parts can be got by above method,the rupture and broken edges of the small punch do not occur,and the punch life is improved significantly.
