摘要
低低温电除尘技术可实现燃煤电厂粉尘10 mg/m^3以下的超低排放要求,但存在电耗高,无法满足即将颁布的国家强制性能耗标准的问题,分析了低低温电除尘器的能耗特点,提出了蒸汽换热系统应用于瓷套的热风吹扫、灰斗保温加热、灰斗气化风加热的设计方法和问题解决措施,可实现低低温电除尘器降耗20%以上的节能效果。
The low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator( LLT-ESP) can meet the ultra-low emission requirements of below 10 mg/m^3 in China. But it also has the defects of high power consumption and can't meet the standard of energy consumption which will be published in the near future. In this paper,the characteristic of system energy consumption in LLT-ESP is analyzed. The study on the steam heat exchange for insulator hot air sweeping,ash hopper heating and gasifying air heating is carried out with the problems solving measures. And it can reduce energy consumption by more than 20%.
