摘要
莱钢型钢炼铁厂混合机热水系统运行存在换热效率低,水池墙体墙皮频繁裂纹脱落,水泵系统故障频繁等问题。结合工艺要求及原系统存在的不足,通过蒸汽换热系统优化,水泵改型更换,水泵故障状态备用泵自启动等技术的实施,解决了系统故障频繁的问题,确保了系统稳定运行。
