摘要
油田相变加热炉是近年来在油气田应用的一种新型加热炉,工艺设计过程中最大的难点在于换热盘管外壁的蒸汽凝结换热问题。针对油田相变加热炉盘管换热计算方法进行研究,综合多个凝结换热经验公式,解决了蒸汽换热计算误差大的问题;考虑盘管壁及污垢热阻对传热的影响以及温度分布对管内介质黏性的影响,在计算盘管内换热时,对内壁面的表面换热系数进行了修正;在计算盘管的传热过程时,考虑了管束层数对换热的影响,并对以往常把盘管当作平壁处理的方式修正为圆筒壁处理。最终形成了一套切实可靠的换热计算模型,并编制了相应的换热计算工艺包,为油田相变加热炉的工艺设计提供了技术手段。
The oilfield phase change heating furnace is a new kind of heating furnace that has been applied in oil and gas fields in recent years,while the vapor condensation heat transfer problem of the exterior surface of heat transfer coiler is the most difficult during the process design. The calculation method for the coiler heat exchange of oilfield phase change heating furnace is studied,and combined with many condensation heat transfer empirical formulas,the big error problem in calculation of vapor heat exchange is solved; the surface heat transfer ratio of interior surface is modified during the calculation of coiler interior heat exchange by considering the impact of the coiler surface and fouling thermal resistance on heat transfer and the impact of temperature distribution on the viscosity of media within tubes; the pipe bundling layer number is considered during the calculation of coiler interior heat exchange,and the conventional plane wall pattern of the coiler is modified into cylinder wall pattern.Eventually a set of practical and reliable heat transfer calculation model with is formed,and a relevant calculation heat transfer process package is put forward,which provides the technical method for the process design of the oilfield phase change heating furnace.
