摘要
为普及和提高设施蔬菜机械化移栽程度与效能,促进农机农艺融合,对2ZB-2型吊杯式蔬菜移栽机进行适用性研究,对影响移栽秧苗直立度合格率的3个因素(秧苗高度、移栽速度及栽植深度)进行了单因素试验。结果表明:该移栽机的作业条件为:前进速度0.30~0.60 m/s,栽植深度8~12cm,秧苗高度12~18cm。通过正交试验方差分析,得到对直立度合格率影响程度的大小依次为移栽深度、移栽速度、秧苗高度。同时,优化出移栽机的最佳适用条件,即秧苗高度为15~18cm,移栽速度为0.45m/s,移栽深度为10cm。田间试验表明:秧苗的直立度合格率可达91%,移栽效率是人工移栽的11倍多,可降低移栽作业成本3 867.5元/hm^2。该移栽具有良好的推广应用价值。
In order to improve the level of mechanization of vegetable transplanting and promote the combination of agricultural machine with agronomy,the applicability of dibble-type vegetable transplanting machine was investigated in the present study. Single factor tests were conducted by considering three factors including the height of seedlings,transplanting speed and planting depth. The results revealed the suitable working conditions of 2 ZB-2 type vegetable transplanting machine were as follows: the advancing speed was 0. 30-0. 60 m/s,the planting depth was 8 ~ 12 cm,and the height of the seedling was 12-18 cm. The orthogonal test showed: the transplanting depth was the greatest impact on seeding standing,followed by transplanting speed and seedling height. The conditions of the transplanting machine were optimized as: the height of the seedlings was 15-18 cm,the transplanting speed was 0. 45 m/s,and the transplanting depth was 10 cm. The field test under the best applicable conditions showed the straightness rate of the seedlings was91%,and the transplanting efficiency was 11 times higher than that of artificial transplanting,which reduces the cost of transplanting as 3867. 5 ¥/hm^2. The results show the transplanting machine has a good application value and preforms theoretical reference for demonstration.
