大蒜播种深度智能调控研究 被引量:2

摘要 为提高当前大蒜播种机的播种效率与大蒜的出芽率,实现大蒜增产目标,从决定大蒜出芽率的关键装置出发,在理解大蒜播种原理及主要构造的基础上,通过对大蒜播种机的播种装置硬件结构及部件进行了选型及优化。其中,软件控制程序的智能调节与实时控制,实现了播种深度整体控制;加入多通道联合的神经网络智能算法,利用PLC控制原理实现了软件程序与控制算法的高度衔接。同时,进行性能试验,结果表明:对大蒜播种深度进行智能调控可行,播种深度合格率与播种深度稳定性较智能调控前显著提升,播种深度变异系数大幅度减低。 In order to improve the sowing efficiency of the current garlic seeder and the germination rate of the garlic,and to achieve increase goal in a certain degree,starting from the key devices which would determine the garlic sprouting rate,we realized the sowing depth overall control by selecting and optimizing the type of seeding device hardware structure and components on the garlic seeder,the intelligent regulation and real-time control on the software control program based on the understanding of garlic sowing principle and main structure.At the same time,adding the neural network intelligent algorithm which include multi-channel combination,realizing the high cohesion between the software program and the control algorithm using the PLC control principle,then the performance testing and analysis results show that the intelligent control of the garlic sowing depth can be sexually,and it is also concluded that the pass rate of sowing depth and sowing depth stability have increased significantly than the before that intelligent control,and the sowing depth variation coefficient have greatly reduced.Which would have the popularization and application value for the research of intelligent control of garlic sowing depth,to further promoting the development direction of the China garlic seeder into the intelligent and controllable,and providing some ideas and methods on the further research for other professionals.
