摘要
大蒜种体入土后的直立度控制技术是影响大蒜播种机播种质量的关键技术之一。为此,根据吊蓝移栽机原理,设计了一种偏心式大蒜直立栽种器,并提出一种逆向设计扇形打开器的方法。样机试验表明:在栽种速度0.2m/s、圆盘栽种半径165mm、栽种株距130mm条件下,直立栽种率在98%以上,满足大蒜机械化播种要求,扇形打开器与设计吻合;不足之处在于:整个机械结构尺寸方面还需进一步优化设计。该研究为大蒜直立栽种器的设计提供了参考。
Garlic kind of body after the grave upright degree control technology is one of the key factors affecting the quality of garlic seeder seeding technology. According to the principle of hanging blue transplanting machine,design a kind of eccentric garlic erect plant,and puts forward a kind of reverse design fan open methods. Prototype test showed that the plant speed 0. 2 m / s,disc radius of plant 165 mm,plant planting distance 130 mm,erect plant rate over 98%,meet the requirements of mechanization planting garlic,fan- shaped opener in accordance with the design; Deficiencies in the whole mechanical structure size aspects still need further optimization design. The study offer reference to the garlic of upright plant design.
