摘要
目的 探讨护理信息化管理及数字多媒体交班在疼痛科的应用价值,并为医护人员如何完善工作方式、提高办公数字化水平提供依据.方法 将多媒体幻灯应用于疼痛科早交班,根据《医院护理管理规范及质量考核标准》,设计交班满意度调查表,并通过对医护人员发放满意度调查表的方式,调查疼痛科医护人员对数字多媒体交班的满意度.结果 通过普及信息化管理,将多媒体幻灯应用于早交班,可以得知医护人员对数字多媒体交班的满意度比传统交班方式高,且满意度评分高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 在疼痛科护理工作中应用数字多媒体交班,有利于规范化治疗,有利于护理信息的收集、处理和反馈,提高了交班质量.
Objective To explore the application value of nursing informationization management and digital multimedia shift in pain department, and to provide a basis for medical staff to improve working mode and improve the level of office digitalization. Methods The multimedia slide projector was applied to morning shift of pain department. According to Hospital Nursing Management Standard and Quality Assessment Standard, shift satisfaction questionnaire was designed, and the satisfaction of medical workers from pain department with digital multimedia shift was investigated by issuing satisfaction questionnaire form. Results By popularizing the information management and applying the mul-timedia slide to the early shift, it can be known that the satisfaction of medical staff to the digital multimedia shift was higher than the traditional shift. And the difference in satisfaction scores was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Con-clusions The application of digital multimedia shift in the nursing work of pain department is conducive to standardized treatment, collection, processing and feedback of nursing information, and improving the quality of shift.
