摘要
目的:分析丙泊酚3种用药方案在无痛人工流产术中的效果和安全性。方法:选取2016年1月—2017年6月在本院自愿接受无痛人工流产术的早孕妇女180例,采用随机数字表法分为A、B、C组各60例。A组采取丙泊酚+生理盐水,B组采取丙泊酚+舒芬太尼,C组采取丙泊酚+地佐辛。比较3组麻醉效果。结果:B组术中血氧饱和度(SpO2)高于A、C组,术中舒张压高于A组,术中及手术结束时心率低于A、C组(P<0.05);B组麻醉效果优于A、C组,丙泊酚用量低于A、C组,苏醒时间短于A、C组(P<0.05);B组视觉模拟(VAS)疼痛评分低于A、C组,满意度高于A、C组(P<0.05);B组不良反应发生率低于A、C组(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼有助于减少无痛人工流产术中丙泊酚用量,麻醉效果好,镇痛作用明显,术后苏醒时间短,不良反应发生率低,临床效果相对较好。
Objective： To analyze the clinical effect and safety of 3 different anesthetic regimens for painless artificial a- bortion. Methods： 180 women with early pregnancy in Shaoxing second hospital who reguestel induced abortion were selected and randomly divided into A,B and C groups （60 cases in each group）. Women in group A were given normal saline and propofol, women in group B were given sufentanil and propofol,and women in group C were given Dezocine and propofol. The anesthetic effect were compared among the three group. Results： The intraoperative blood oxygen saturation （SpO2） of women in group B was significant higher than that of women in group A and C,intraoperative diastolic blood pressure of women in group B was significantly higher than that of women in group A,but the heart rate was significantly lower than that of women in group A and group C at the time of operation and at the end of the operation（P〈0.05）. Compare to that of women in group A and C, the anesthesia effect of women in group B was significantly better,the dosage of propofol was significantly lower,and the recovery time was significantly shorter（P〈0.05）. Compare to that of women in group A and C, the visual analogue scale （VAS） score of women in group B was significantly lower, and the satisfaction was significantly higher（P 〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of women in group B was significantly lower than that of women in group A and C（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Sufentanil has significant analgesic effect,which can reduce the dose of propofol, shorten the recovery time, and reduce the incidence of ADR in painless induced abortion.
