摘要
目的:探讨地佐辛联合丙泊酚用于无痛肠镜检查的麻醉效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2017年12月深圳市龙岗区第二人民医院收治的拟行无痛肠镜检查患者160例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。对照组患者给予单纯丙泊酚麻醉,观察组患者给予地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉。比较两组患者的丙泊酚总使用量、术后苏醒时间、麻醉镇痛满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者丙泊酚总使用量明显少于对照组,术后苏醒时间稍长于对照组,视觉模拟评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为6.25%(5/80),明显低于对照组的17.50%(14/80),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛联合丙泊酚用于无痛肠镜检查的麻醉效果良好,且不良反应少,患者满意度高。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the anesthetic effects of dezocine combined with propofol on painless colonoscopy. METHODS： 160 patients undergoing painless colonoscopy admitted into the Second People＇s Hospital of Shenzhen Long Gang District from Jan. 2017 to Dec. 2018 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 80 cases in each. The control group was given propofol anesthesia alone,while the observation group was treated with dizocine combined with propofol anesthesia. The consumption amount of propofol,postoperative recovery time,satisfaction of anesthetic analgesia and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared. RESULTS： The consumption amount of propofol of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and postoperative recovery time was longer than that of control group,the VAS score was lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was 6. 25%（ 5/80）, significantly lower than that of control group[17. 50%（ 14/80） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The anesthetic effects of dezocine combined with propofol on painless colonoscopy are better,with few adverse drug reactions and higher patient satisfaction.
