摘要
通过对传统城市及"田园城市""邻里单位""TOD"等理论的时空距离约束分析,探讨了人们日常出行时间和空间本质性存在的值域范围,揭示了整个城市发展演变过程中潜意识一直存在的"城市空间单元"思想。进而研究界定了轨道交通城市居民日常出行时空距离的新变化及其值域范围,探讨了以"时间规划"为入手点,以"核心生活圈"和"精神生活圈"构建城市空间单元的基本模式。
Through an analysis of the constraints of temporal and spatial distance of traditional cities, the garden city, neighborhood unit and TOD, this paper explores the range of values of people's daily travel time and space, and reveals the subconscious substance of "urban space unit" in urban development process. This paper explicates the new change and range of spatio-temporal distance of daily travel of urban residents using rail transit. Starting with "time planning" mode, this paper discusses how to build the urban space unit using the ideas of "core living circle" and "spiritual life circle"..
